Within this application, users can monitor their energy consumption, track power usage, and receive estimates on the time it will take for the electricity supply to be restored in case of an outage or scheduled maintenance. The user interface is designed to deliver this information in an uncomplicated, efficient, and intuitive manner.

The Customer App offers the following functionalities:

• View detailed accounts of daily, weekly, and monthly energy consumption or for specific periods of time.
• Download comprehensive consumption data in Excel, CSV, or PDF formats.
• Analyze whether the contracted power capacity aligns with the actual power usage through graphical representations.
• Manage contracts pertaining to multiple clients.
• Receive timely notifications via SMS or email regarding outages affecting your area or scheduled maintenance activities for network enhancements.

Moreover, for "direct toll" customers, additional perks include:

• Enroll in electronic billing services.
• Access and download toll invoices seamlessly.

In upcoming updates, users can anticipate an array of new features:

• Ask queries or seek assistance within the app.
• Conduct real-time and scheduled power assessments.
• Retrieve consumption reports and meter readings.
• Reset tripped power control switches (ICP) caused by overloads directly via the app.
• Initiate requests for new supply registrations.
• Report suspected fraudulent activities.
• Register meter readings for households without Smart Meters.
